Pioneer Communication Solutions Ltd was established in 2003. Whilst there were numerous Business to Business “specialists” operating, almost all were focused on high levels of connections and little, if any back room support. Pioneer’s ethos is simple; our job starts only when the customer has signed their contract. This, we believe is proven by our unique retention level which is in excess of 96%. We at Pioneer have an excellent understanding of the importance of good communication in today’s market place.  Customer service and satisfaction are our biggest priorities. We understand that no two businesses are the same and what works for one will not necessarily work for the other.

In the current economic market where others are downsizing and losing staff we are in the enviable position of increasing our headcount and are currently recruiting sales staff. The role will be home based and you will be expected to visit the Leeds office once a week. You will have experience of cold calling and making deal closing appointments within the telecoms market.  You will be focused, tenacious and have an attention to detail that is second to none. You will have a full driving licence. Obviously an excellent telephone and presentable manner is essential.
